I have had to take a break from this baby brand-new blog, one I didn’t necessarily want to take. It was a combination of things, like, life, illnesses (mine, my family’s), business changes, and more. Just a whole bunch of yuck dumped on my lap all at the same time. You’ve probably had that happen too.
So in this ‘off’ time, ideas have been incubating. I’m coming back with scheduled posts, a new subscriber manager, and I hope we will grow and learn great things together!
I want to ask – please comment or email or DM me on Facebook, how many would specifically be interested in blogs about weight loss, getting lighter, especially as abuse survivors? It’s a common theme, women who were abused as children, (usually sexually), typically develop disordered eating. This would specifically focus on weight loss so it’s not for people who have a problem with
under-eating or a binge/purge disorder. Among the topics would be losing safely, feeling vulnerable, insulation, feeling strong and healthy, etc. Interested?
Let me know. I’m considering being very transparent and sharing some of the things I’ve learned, in hopes of helping others who might just be on the same journey. But I don’t want to bore you, so, let me know~
