Spring is elusive, but it’s there~ humming under the Earth’s breath. You can feel that something is incipient. It’s coming. Not here yet, but on its way. Have hope – Winter is ebbing and on its way out.
Have hope, dear hearts~ and start to think of Spring Cleaning, of all things. Think of what you would like to release, to let go of, from the darkness of the resting time as we move forward into the birth of new things. Winter is a quieter time to pause and catch breath. If you think of it this way, consider the season that is passing~ what did you learn about yourself in the dark?
Consider the return of the Light. We just had the great leap forward that kind of funks up everyone’s body clocks. Are you restored by now? Waking naturally, not feeling so groggy? Go to bed a bit earlier if you are still adjusting, it helps. Really. What do you want to leave behind in the dark? What do you want to bring into life in the light? What would make you feel better, be better? Take this next day or so to contemplate new beginnings and a new you.
It doesn’t matter how old you are, we are new every single day, every single moment. Who would you like to be? Start dreaming that difference into being. Call it into your life by setting it in your consciousness. Before you go to bed tonight, tell your mind that you’d like to see some ideas about just that as you dream.
Some people are really cut and dried, they don’t respond to the open-ended, and for them, I’ve attached a link to a spring cleaning form. It’s not for everyone. If it is for you, feel free to use it, print it, make copies, distribute as you will. If it’s not for you, let it go and let the richness of your twilight life help call into being what you want to manifest as we enter Spring on Tuesday this week.
